Building Community

Johnnie lived in distressed public housing for nearly a decade before he became the first person to move into 1101 Connecticut. His new home is in the first building BRIDGE completed as part of the HOPE-SF Potrero effort to rebuild 619 units of distressed public housing and create another 1,000 new homes with a range of affordability, plus community facilities, retail, open space and neighborhood services.

1101 Connecticut is a 72-apartment affordable housing development that represents the first vertical construction phase of the HOPE SF Potrero master plan.
