Under the plan, BRIDGE will create and preserve 9,000 affordable and mixed-income homes and deepen its commitment to communities and residents.

BRIDGE and partners celebrated the renovation of 25 Sanchez, a former public housing site that serves seniors and people with disabilities.
North Williams, a BRIDGE development in Portland, will serve very low- and low-income families, with priority given to displaced residents or those at risk of displacement.
In San Mateo’s Bay Meadows, BRIDGE is building 68 apartment homes with a deep range of affordability.
BRIDGE and partners are building 100% affordable housing at 490 South Van Ness in San Francisco’s Mission District.
North Williams will feature individual stoops for ground-floor apartments, a large community room with adjacent outdoor gathering area, laundry facilities, a children’s play area and a variety of gathering spaces for residents.
